1. Express requirements
- Enter your requirements using natural language
- Be as specific as possible for better results
- Example: “I need someone who knows Agile”
2. Let GenAI setup your filters
- AI assistant processes your input
- Converts natural language into structured filters
- Shows detected filters for review
- Example: “I will search for someone knowing Agile. Should I go for it?”
Currently the GenAI is limited to recognize criteria marked with 🤖
If you need more filter criteria, please add them manually. We will include those step by step into the GenAI-recognition.

Following the AI analysis you should review your filters. In addition you can add more.

- Skip Review, directly search: Click ”Go for it” if filters match your needs
- Adjust Filters: Select ”I want to edit filters” to fine-tune
- Start Over: ”Clear chat & start over” for a fresh search
4. Trigger the matching
- The Algorithm evaluates candidates against all selected criteria
- For Skills, we leverage AI to find related skills besides exact matches
- Each criterion is weighted according to importance
