TL;DR - Search Options & Filters

  • Three Ways to Search:
    1. AI-Generated (recommended): Describe in plain text
    2. Job Description: Paste full description
    3. Manual: Set specific filters yourself
  • Available Filters: Skills, Certifications, Portfolios, Industry, Level, Languages, Availability
  • Mandatory Criteria: Click the “needle” icon to mark must-have requirements - candidates without these are filtered out

Mandatory criteria require exact matches, no AI-powered similarity matching applied

Generally you can choose between the below filter criteria. Those marked with 🤖 are supported in the GenAI-extraction process already.

Mandatory criteria

Sometimes it might be required to state a criteria, like a specific skill, as absolutely mandatory (read-as: absolute must-have).

For that we included a small “needle” on each criteria.

In the upper example, “SQL” is mandatory.

Side note: If only one skill or certification is added, we consider it as mandatory on default. Adding a second criteria in this section will loosen the restriction

All people that do not fulfill a mandatory criteria explicitly will cirectly be filtered out.

For mandatory criteria, we do not fuzzy-match related criteria as generally done: Only one-to-one matches for mandatory criteria are returned
