The SkillGuru is our AdEx helper to bring transparency into our skill landscape and effectivtively leverage it to:

One question that triggerd it all:
”Who is available with 50 % of the time from June to August and has the skills “Change Management”, knows “Python” and can handle multiple complex Stakeholders”
Something like this encouters us every day. Combining the background knowledge currently resides with our brilliant staffing team.
But we grow rapidly. How could we scale this?
