- Save: Searches are automatically saved - AI names them when using GenAI filters, manual searches save as “New Search”
- Edit: Click “Edit Search” button above results to modify criteria anytime
- Rename: Hover and click on search name to rename, or use three-dots menu in sidebar
- Delete: Use three-dots menu in sidebar to remove saved searches

Saving Searches
Automatic Saving with AI
- When using GenAI Filter Generation, searches are automatically saved
- You can find and access them on the sidebar
- AI generates appropriate names based on search criteria
- Names reflect main requirements of your search

Manual Saving
- Searches using “Select Manually” are saved as “New Search”
- Recommended to rename for better organization
- All saves show confirmation in bottom right
Editing Searches
Access Edit Mode
- Click “Edit Filter” button in top right above results table
- Opens filter interface similar to start screen
- Shows current search criteria

You can now:
Modify Search Criteria
- Add new criteria
- Remove existing criteria
- Adjust current criteria
- All filter options available as in new search
- Changes will overwrite current search
Apply Changes
- Click “Apply” to update search
- Results table updates immediately
- Search maintains same name unless renamed
Renaming Searches
Direct Rename
- Hover over bold header above results table
- Click when grey hover effect appears
- Type new name
- Click outside field to save

Sidebar Rename
- Hover over search name in sidebar
- Click “three dots” menu
- Select “Rename search”
- Success notification appears

Deleting Searches
From Sidebar
- Hover over search name
- Click “three dots” menu
- Select “Delete Search”
- Search removed from saved searches

Best Practices
- Give descriptive names to searches
- Review and refine searches regularly
- Keep frequently used searches saved
- Delete outdated searches
- Use edit function to iterate on searches
